  1. Job Summary: Our firm is hiring a Telemarketer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss on personal loans. We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of attractive incentives. You will generate a minimum of 5 leads per day and make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales. Roles & Responsibilities: • Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory • Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program • Answer potential clients’ questions about personal loans • Generate between 5 and 10 sales leads per day • Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules • Train other telemarketers when required • Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff • Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times Qualification & Skills: • Any graduate • Minimum 6-12 months’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred) • Excellent phone manner and articulation • Results-driven and ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis • Languages – Should speak English, Telugu & Hindi Key Competencies • Communication skills • Information gathering and management • Persuasiveness • Adaptability • Initiative • Tenacious • Resilient • Negotiation skills • Stress tolerance • High energy levels • Self-motivation
